Our client is a market leading business that has experienced rapid growth and they currently have an opportunity for an Interim Internal Auditor to join them immediately on a 3 month temporary basis, with the possibility of extension. This role is fully office based and would suit someone who is fully qualified (ACCA/ACA) and has a proven track record in Internal Audit.
Interim Internal Auditor - About The Role
- Tax filing and compliance regulations
- Preparation of corporate statutory accounting in accordance with company deadlines and liaison with company auditors
- Month-end reporting
- Maintaining and developing compliance controls
- Working closely with the external Auditors
- Handling queries from the external Auditors and resolving any issues
- Overseeing the work of the team
The successful Interim Internal Auditor will have/be:
- Ideally fully qualified (ACCA/ACA)
- Proven track record in Internal Audit
- Experience of preparation of statutory accounts
- Experience/knowledge of tax filing and compliance regulations
- Good knowledge of VAT
- Experience of working with multi-currency transactions and of large corporate structure and reporting processes
- Excellent IT skills including Excel
- Immediately available
