Hybrid, full-time permanent position based in Lichfield, offering up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

Based in Lichfield, the successful applicant will provide outstanding support to the firm's Managing Director, helping to ensure the smooth-running of the business.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Extensive diary management, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and national and international travel arrangements
- Arranging and organising meetings, including preparing meeting documents, agendas and presentations
- Managing correspondence, including phone calls and emails, filtering messages and escalating to the Executives when required
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Overseeing the management of the office
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Prospective applicants must have previous experience supporting at board level within a professional services environment, ideally within property. Applicants must have outstanding communication, organisation and coordination skills, with excellent attention-to-detail, and thrive working as part of a team.
