Customer Service Representative - French/Italian Speaking

A successful operation with sites in the UK and Europe is looking for a French or Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative. Reporting into the Customer Services Team Leader, you will provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and reliable first point of contact service.

This role comes with a salary of £30,000 per annum, along with a flexible benefits package which includes an excellent pension, 25 days holiday, a discretionary bonus, subsidised health care and other attractive benefits.

As Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders, complaints, returns and credits
  • Maintaining customer accounts
  • Resolving product or service complaints: investigating the cause and offering the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure full resolution within agreed SLAs
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Identifying customers' needs to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships through open communication
  • Supporting Key Account Managers in meeting personal and team sales targets

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven Customer Service experience
  • French or Italian speaking with excellent English. An additional European Language an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner, both inbound and outbound
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to adapt to different characters and personalities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
