Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Midlands based Housing Association in order to recruit a Service Charge Accountant on a FTC basis. This community focussed organisation have a number of improvement projects within service charges that you will lead.
Role:
You will lead on all service charge improvements for the group.
Duties will include;
- Managing a team to ensure completion of scheme accounts and budgets within the given timeframe
- Assisting with development, implementation and maintenance of effective systems and processes
- Regular reconciliation of bank, SAP system and Service Charge templates
- Managing and maintaining the accuracy of financial information to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance
- Support wider Service Charge team to ensure business objectives are met

- Experience in a similar position
- Strong interpersonal/communication and leadership skills
- Advanced Excel skills (macros/VBA) desirable
