As Senior HR Business Partner you will develop strong stakeholders relationships with the Senior Leadership Team across your business areas
- developing attraction and workforce planning to help support growth
- developing consistent approaches across your areas
- developing talent pools, succession planning and talent management and help drive performance to support the business strategy.
As Senior HR Business partner you will have worked in a multi-sited, customer led organisation and be adept at utilising data to guide the people strategy.
