Inventory Manager – Eastwood (Nottinghamshire) - £45,000 + Car + Bonus
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a rapidly growing family run business who are looking to recruit an Inventory Manager to join their team.
This newly created key role will see you lead an inventory team across various UK sites ensuring supply chain excellence and inventory availability across the business.
It's a very exciting time to join as they have recently moved to a brand new site and have ambitious growth plans over the next 12/18 months.

Inventory Manager Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador for the new Inventory Management function
- Lead the Inventory team located at various strategic locations
- Build and maintain effective relations with other departments
- Provide guidance and coaching for stakeholders on Inventory practices
- Manage priorities and expectations based on business demands
- Challenge stakeholders professionally where required
- Develop a roadmap for implementing Inventory standards across the business
- Pro-actively tackle Supply chain disruptions in collaboration with Procurement
- Propose and implement improvements across the Supply Chain
- Create and maintain an Inventory dashboard
- Perform data analysis and/or collect data as required by line manager
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an Inventory Manager role
- Previous experience with multi-site line management
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing / Service environment
- Flexibility with frequent travel to other UK sites
- Intermediate Excel Skills (Pivot tables / Vlookups etc)
- Previous experience with MRP/ERP
