IT Trainer - 12-month FTC

Head Resourcing are delighted to be working with one of our Third Sector clients as they look to hire a talented IT Trainer. Our client is one of the largest member organisations in Scotland and are a charity focussed on the conservation of Scotland's unique and historic sites.
As an IT Trainer, you will deliver training programs on CRM, ERP, and EPOS systems. Your role includes delivering training via multiple channels and creating training videos and guides. It would be advantageous if you have experience creating UAT testing plans and taking part in the UAT process.
The role will be based in the Edinburgh office one day per week with some travel to other sites. It pays £35k - £40k and you will have an opportunity to work for a fantastic organisation in a crucial role. The role unfortunately does NOT offer sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training for CRM, ERP, and EPOS systems.
- Customize training materials for different audiences.
- Conduct training in-person, online, and hybrid.
- Evaluate and improve training programs.
- Provide post-training support.
- Stay updated on CRM, ERP, and EPOS technologies.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams within the organisation.
Requirements:
- Experience as an IT Trainer in CRM, ERP, and EPOS systems.
- Knowledge of various CRM, ERP, and/or EPOS systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in developing training materials.
- Willingness to travel to different sites and a driving license
