Hospital Director
Location: Hale, Manchester (WA15)
Salary: £80,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours)
Time Recruitment are looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Hospital Manager to join a private hospital ran by an innovative company who are the leaders in delivering behavioural care to over 25,000 people each year across their 350 services.

As a Hospital Manager here you will run an independent hospital for rehabilitation and recovery unit for both males and females who have been admitted informally or have been detained alongside the assistance of a vast and long standing MDT.
The facility has three inpatient units for both NHS and private patients for acute mental health, younger adults with eating disorders and adult addiction rehab services alongside private autism assessments.
The team at this facility consists of a much larger multidisciplinary team than usual who cater to each individual's needs, they include several clinical managers, a physical health nurse, phlebotomist, psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists and assistants, speciality doctors, Staff Nurses and recovery support workers.

We are looking for a Hospital Director with the following attributes:
- RMN/RNLD trained
- Extensive senior leadership experience
- Operational and financial planning experience
- Team development and track record of innovation
- Understanding of budget management, cost control and quality standards
