Neighbourhood Manager

- Salary: £21.33 per hour PAYE or £26.51 per hour Umbrella
- Working Hours: 9am – 5pm (with some flexibility)
A large housing provider is looking for a Neighbourhood Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks. The role is based in Greenwich, overseeing approximately 700 properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling tenant enquiries, block inspections, Health and Safety Inspections, tenancy changes, and general housing management queries.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Respond to tenant enquiries and provide high-quality customer service.
- Conduct thorough inspections of blocks within the Greenwich patch.
- Carry out Health and Safety Inspections to ensure compliance and resident safety.
- Manage tenancy changes and address general housing management enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the properties and tenancy agreements.
- Office attendance required twice a week at the specified location in Greenwich.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housing management and tenant liaison.
- Skilled in conducting property inspections and Health and Safety assessments.
- Ability to manage a variety of housing-related enquiries and tenancy changes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Must be a driver with own car, unless local to the Greenwich area.
- Ability to work with flexibility and adapt to the needs of the role.
- Comfortable with using digital platforms for meetings, such as Microsoft Teams.
