Are you a Technical Sales Advisor looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
Our client, a fun and friendly manufacturing company, is looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to join their team in Mid Kent on a full time and permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be confident by nature, naturally driven and eager to achieve. You must be computer literate and have strong interpersonal skills.
Duties will include:
- Working with internal teams and technical experts to ensure a
high-quality service
for all customers.
- Maintaining and
building relationships
with new and existing clients
- Understanding a client's project and requirements,
- Actively searching for opportunities to upsell, increase sales and
meet sales targets.
- Preparing and proposing
quotations
to clients
- Matching a client's requirements to a
product or service
best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
- Attending marketing events, trade shows, and conferences when required
- Creating presentations
and advising of suitable products and services to meets client needs.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous experience
in a similar role (electrical or electronics sales experience would be a significant advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
- Have a thorough understanding of electrical principles (both AC and DC)
- A confident and
positive attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint packages
- Willingness to develop and learn.
