The Role:
As the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain you will be responsible for stock management, procurement, and supply chain management programs to meet company objectives. Your responsibilities include:
+ Overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations
+ Implementing effective stock management strategies
+ Leading procurement initiatives to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing
+ Coaching and developing team members
What You'll Need:
- Able to work in a fast paced commercial environment (packaging experience is ideal but we are open to other industries)
- Previous experience in B2B supply chain/procurement position with a proven track record of delivering results
- People management skills having had direct reports
Salary & Working Setup:
+ Ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a discretionary bonus of up to 10%
+ Office based in the Powys area office 5 days per week.
