  • Your role will involve delivering consistent recruitment services, designing regional strategies, managing attraction budgets, and ensuring compliance with marketing and branding standards.
  • This field-based position requires working from home, branch locations, and central offices, with a focus on addressing recruitment challenges in the region.
  • You will lead a small team of regional recruiters, guiding their attraction activities and fostering their professional development in line with the organisation's commitment to prioritising people.
