Job Purpose
To become an integral part of the busy Cashiers' team, supporting the Aerospace Client Account Manager in efficiently managing client funds. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with a team to achieve great results.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Aerospace Client Accounting Manager by:
- Updating client account records and statements.
- Liaising with partners and associates to resolve queries.
- Posting client transactions to Elite 3E.
- Assisting with quarterly reporting to clients/brokers.
- Posting and verifying payments on the online banking platform.
- Processing Aerospace settlements and third-party costs.
- Processing client-to-office bill payments.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of three years' experience in legal cashiering.
- Good knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules.
- Experience with residual balances and online international payments is ideal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong keyboard skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic team player with a customer-focused mindset.
