About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Adviser within the Financial Services Operations area to provide an excellent level of service to our customers.

As part of this fast-paced team, you'll respond to customer queries in relation to life claims. Your day will consist of processing policy payments, responding to claims and seeing these through to conclusion as well as servicing existing policies and managing a wide range of queries across a range of NFU Mutual Life products.

About You

You're a strong team player who always strives to achieve high level quality output. You'll bring your previous customer service experience and will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. To join our team you'll:
