If you have previous credit control experience ideally gained within a legal environment and are are seeking a fresh challenge and want to work within a supportive firm where you will play a key part in the firms continued financial success this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
Responsibilities shall include:
- Implementing and maintaining effective credit control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and to minimise credit risk.
- Monitoring and managing client credit terms and conditions.
- Pursuing timely collection of overdue payments through various means including phone calls, emails and letters
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements when necessary.
- Collaborating with fee earners and other relevant departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall credit control process.
- When appropriate, liaising with dispute resolution claims professionals if funds remain unpaid and court action is required.
This role shall be hybrid and can be based in any of the offices so very flexible on location.
