Quality and Governance Partner

Hoop PS&HR are thrilled to be supporting one of our valued Welsh based clients who are seeking two dedicated Quality and Governance Partners to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is integral to providing proactive, high-level support in relation to the company's business, quality, and governance needs. The successful candidates will be responsible for organisational data management, corporate governance and compliance systems, and providing support to the Board, CEO, and senior management team.

The role offers a competitive salary of £31,000 - £34,000 per annum, along with a range of attractive benefits. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a proactive and responsive support service to the CEO and Senior Management Team.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Assistant Directors' area of responsibility.
  • Administer meetings, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Governance Team to support Directors and Assistant Directors in quality management.
  • Share best practices around quality, working to influence the organisational culture.
  • Support managers and staff teams around quality and compliance.
  • Ensure company compliance and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Develop data management systems and collate contract compliance and regulatory data.
  • Research and draft new policies for internal and external governance.
  • Continuously improve personal performance and development.
  • Stay updated with relevant developments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to GDPR and Data Protection Act legislation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Business Administration Level 5 qualified or the equivalent experience
  • Flexible and passionate about making a difference.
  • Improvement-led with a proactive approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage personal workload.
  • Ability to travel as required.
