Do you have previous experience within a call centre environment, if so, we have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months.
This role will be fully office based for the initial 8 weeks with a view to become hybrid working once training is complete.
The successful candidate will be liaising with customers and interpreters through a number of channels (telephone, email and face to face) to provide support relating to WITS (Wales Interpretation and Translation Services).
Customer Service Advisor key duties:
- To provide accurate, meaningful and consistent advice to customers through a number of channels ensuring that they understand the action which will be taken with regards to their interpreter/translation request
- To work with colleagues within the Contact Centre to ensure the highest levels of first time call resolution and customer satisfaction
- To work with current and emerging technology to enhance customer contact services
- To ensure continuous improvement, initiating facilitating and responding to change in a positive manner
Customer Service Advisor skills and experience:
- Keyboard skills demonstrating speed and accuracy whilst in a MS Windows (or similar) environment
- Proven experience delivering customer focused information and advice services
- Provides accurate, meaningful and consistent advice to customers, clearly laying out the steps that will be taken by each party
- Listens patiently empathises with the customer's situation and conveys a genuine desire to help and support
- Communicates clearly, concisely and appropriately
