Job Title: Receptionist (Maternity Cover - 6 Months)
Location: Horsham
Employment Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Cover)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk and operate the switchboard, handling incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support, including sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be able to drive to and from work.
- Proficient in using a switchboard or multi-line phone system.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
