Description
- Deliver effective daily operational HR support.
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end to ensure the best talent is secured
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage HR metrics and reporting
- Facilitate employee development initiatives
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR functions
- Participate in HR projects as required
Profile
- Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role in manufacturing and production or comparable sector
- Solid knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task
