Anti Social Behaviour Officer Salary -£30,000 - £35,000 per year
Location -Oxfordshire, Abingdon, Thatcham - Greenham Office
Responsibilities:
Responding to Reports: Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour in line with the ASB Policy and Procedure, aiming to resolve them effectively and expeditiously.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal housing and environmental health teams, as well as the police, to determine the most suitable action in each case.
Caseload Management: Manage a day-to-day caseload, gather evidence, record actions, and maintain accurate case records.
Legal Intervention: Prepare cases for legal intervention, attend court on behalf of the organisation, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Community Engagement: Build relationships within communities, tackle individual problems, and create safer, cohesive environments.
Risk Identification: Identify individuals and families at risk of becoming perpetrators of anti-social behaviour and refer them to appropriate support agencies.
