Fabric Engineer

Title: Fabric Engineer

Pay rate: £11.84 PAYE | £15 Umbrella, per hour

Location: Nottingham, NG90 area

Contract: Fulltime, temporary, Monday-Friday

Job description:

  • To attend and complete reactive repairs across the client premises, within the Service Level Agreements for Attendance, Response and Completion.
  • To carry out regular preventative maintenance tasks in line with Service Level Agreements
  • To provide support to the wider Engineering Day Team in the event of an emergency call
  • To undertake any other duties as directed by Managers within the remit of the role.
  • To provide updates to the Helpdesk and to ensure the CAFM System is always updated.
  • Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and working condition.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar rolee.g.,building maintenance
  • Qualificationsin Construction, Carpentry & Painting desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Diligent and proactive
  • Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A flexible approach to work would be essential.
