This role offers a unique opportunity for insolvency professionals to transition into advisory work while leveraging their formal core insolvency experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement restructuring strategies.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to evaluate restructuring options, predominantly contingency planning and option review processes.
- Offer expert advice and support to clients throughout the restructuring process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
Requirements:
- ACCA qualification or equivalent certification.
- Extensive experience in formal core insolvency procedures, particularly administrations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
