Posted by Southdown Housing Association .

Southdown are looking to appoint an experienced and skilled individual to take the role of ICT Network and 2nd Line support engineer, joining our small but committed team in supporting our infrastructure and continuing to deliver excellence in operational delivery.

The purpose of the job will be to act as an efficient IT resource, supporting the infrastructure engineers in providing a stable and secure environment as well as offering support to the 1st line team to resolve software and / or hardware issues.

This will be a hybrid role requiring your presence in the office at least twice a week. The role will also be the primary resource to deliver on-site support at any of our premises throughout Sussex, and as such may require you to attend sites on any day as required.
