Purpose of the role:
Due to continued growth and ongoing success, this respected specialist insurance broker is seeking an additional team member to join them and work as part of a team of experienced brokers and account executives in the provision of professional indemnity insurance to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Deal with new and existing commercialprofessional indemnity insurance risks.
- Develop your knowledge of the PI insurance marketplace.
- Provide quotations and renewals, deal with MTA's, market submission, presentations, etc.
- Working independently, with wider team and alongside Account Executives and Directors.
- Attend networking and conference events.
- Build strong insurer and client relationships.
- Attend client visits, where appropriate.
- Ensure records remain compliant and up to date.
- In line with client requirements, provide a tailored service.
Experience:
- A track record within the commercial insurance marketplace.
- A knowledge of, or willingness to train in the specialist PI Sector.
- Team player who is confident, ambitious and looking to progress within the industry.
- Confident in building relationships and negotiating with insurers and clients.
- Strong communicationand presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to time-manage.
