Area Services Coordinator

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with key team members, upholding stringent health and safety standards, overseeing performance metrics, and ensuring the functionality of essential equipment

What you'll be doing as an Are Services Coordinator

  • Maintain the performance dashboard to ensure current information aligns with the Controller of Premises' requirements. Monitor and address any overdue actions in odour management plans promptly.
  • Demonstrate and take ownership of critical equipment such as LOLER and PUWER, focusing on improving KPIs and maintenance.
  • Review and update key Health and Safety documents for areas like Asbestos, Legionella, Local Drills, and Fire, ensuring regulatory compliance. Work with Catchments to manage overdue statutory inspection actions.
  • Conduct at least 2 monthly SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) inspections and observations.
  • Perform statutory inspection audits every six months to ensure compliance with regulations.

Based Locations: Greenwich Storm / Hammersmith/ Abbey Mills, Stratford.

Working hours: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

What you should bring to the role

  • Demonstrating a background in Health and Safety or holding relevant qualifications would be highly beneficial.
  • This position demands a keen eye for detail, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
  • Having a driving license is highly advantageous for this role due to the significant amount of travel involved, as not all sites are accessible by public transport.
