I am supporting a great client of mine with their recruitment of a Receptionist/Administrator. This really is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a unique and exciting organisation. Given the Receptionist nature of the role this is an office based position and due to location it is essential that you have access to a car.

Below is an overview of the things you will support with in the role:

  • Being the face of the business you will meet and greet visitors as well as managing all incoming calls, taking messages where necessary
  • Handling and distributing incoming mail and other deliveries
  • Responding to emails
  • Co-ordinating of meetings over Teams and in person
  • Support with the organisation for the employee wellbeing programme
  • Providing general administration support to all departments
  • Managing orders for all office supplies
  • Organising staff social events
  • Co-ordination of corporate gifting for clients and employees

The ideal candidate for this role will have a fair amount of Receptionist experience as well as being enthusiastic, hard working and well-organised. Strong IT skills are also an essential for this role.
