Logistics Administrator
North West London
Our client is a leading, independent property agency based in North West London who cover all aspects of the property market. They are recruiting an individual to join their logistics team to support their ongoing building projects.
This position would suit candidates with a background in logistics, property or construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage all logistics and purchasing related to the building projects
- Liaising with suppliers, sites and management to ensure all sites have the correct supplies
- Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Negotiating best pricing and deliveries with suppliers and couriers
- Handling any issues or delays in relation to logistics
- Maintain correct accounts and administrative files in relation each building project
This position is a fast-paced role suited to someone efficient, organised and a dedicated team player.
Key skills:
- 2+ years' experience in a logistics and/or purchasing role
- Knowledge of the construction / property sectors desirable
- Strong IT skills
