Job Description:

Working within the firms National Innovation & Technology team the role will be to identify and develop RPA solutions for the firm's software applications and processes using the Microsoft Power Platform and other RPA solutions and work closely with the lead RPA developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate within the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
  • Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for RPA-related issues.
  • Document RPA processes and solutions for future reference and training.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or the following equivalents, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, C#, or Java an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional knowledge:

  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Knowledge of process improvement/mapping methodologies.
  • Certification in RPA tools (e.g., Microsoft., UiPath Certified Professional).
  • Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
