Key to your success will be improve systems usage and customer satisfaction metrics alongside working closely with Sales teams to maximise new revenue opportunities from new and existing customer driving ARR and Customer life to value,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and execute strategies for growth and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor teams across customer onboarding, experience, account management, and retention.
  • Drive user engagement through innovative product enhancements and effective customer interaction strategies.
  • Oversee the rollout of new technological solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyse operational processes and implement improvements to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a senior operations role ideally with SaaS, Technology, Consulting or B2B sectors.
  • leadership and team management skills with a track record of building large high-performing teams.
  • A proven track record in effectively managing a range of OKR's and KPI's.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of customer experience and retention strategies.
  • Ability to drive technological innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and a proven track record in staff recruitment, talent development and retention initiatives.
