About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the No7 Beauty Company financial accounting team, for a technically minded accountant to gain experience and utilise their expertise to drive and shape the No7 Beauty Company central financial control landscape.
Central to the financial control of No7 Beauty Company entities, you will be part of a dynamic Global team managing the financial activities of No7 Beauty Company's key distributor, Boots International and several corporate entities.
You will be part of the Boots-No7 consolidated team and will be reporting into the Finance manager. All aspects of financial control are covered by this role, from transactional accounting, month end close, governance and controls, audit and statutory reporting, as well as being a key advisor on the financial control aspects of business-led initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure month-end journals are prepared and posted timely and accurately.
- Key part of audit documentation and queries.
- Support statutory reporting.
- Opportunity to take responsibility in all gift inventory processes.
- Provide controllership support and information to other finance teams such as commercial and operational FP&A and to the wider business partners.
- Lead the Environmental, Social and Governance reporting for Boots International and Boots International Management Services
- Responsible for preparation of balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Support on aged debt and website reconciliation clearing.
