Description
- Lead on budgeting and forecasting processes
- Produce variance analysis against forecasts
- Provide accurate financial reports to management and stakeholders
- Evaluate and rank profitability and produce performance reports
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Reporting of commercial margins and analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function
- Assist in special projects as required by management
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- Professional accounting certification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
