Part-time Office Manager

Your new role
In your new role as Office Manager, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks to support all company departments. This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours a week. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 14:00. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and booking locations for events.
  • Liaising with external suppliers to support operations.
  • Managing travel arrangements for staff.
  • Upkeep and ordering of office stock.
  • Assisting with Customer Service enquiries.
  • Ensuring staff undertake relevant Health and Safety training.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need the following:

  • Previous experience working in an Office Manager role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask.
  • Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications.
