Job Title: Fund Administration Specialist (Wealth Management)
Location: London OR Basildon
Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week), flexible. Full-time considered for the right candidate
Salary: £30k-£40k (Pro Rata for part-time) + Package

Our client is a boutique financial firm offering Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Corporate Advisory services. They provide tailored solutions to support their clients' wealth growth and financial planning needs.

The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Administration Specialist with experience coordinating with Authorised Corporate Directors (ACDs). You will manage ACD relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee fund administration processes.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Strong experience in fund administration or investment operations, ideally within asset management or financial services.
  • Proven track record in managing third-party relationships, particularly with ACDs.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Professional qualifications (IMC, CFA, etc.) are advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK regulations related to fund administration.
