Receptionist

Full Time, FTC 18 Months
£21,000 + £23,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits including 18% pension!
Our client our is a UK development and manufacturing business who supply their products all over the world. They are at the forefront of innovation and pride themselves on being industry leaders in their field.
An opportunity has now become available for a receptionist to cover a fixed term 18 month contract. You will meet and greet visitors and be responsible for the CCTV monitoring during work hours. You will also ensure that all incoming calls are dealt with effectively and efficiently whilst dealing with general administrative duties.
Duties for the Receptionist include....
- Greeting visitors and signing out upon departure
- Assisting colleagues with admin tasks
- Sorting mail and distribution parcels
- Handle all incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- Issue visitor badges
- Sign in and sign out visitors
- Assist with taxi, hotel or buffet bookings for visitors
- Accident book management
- Data entry
- Maintain a clear and professional reception area
Experience required...
- Previous experience within a receptionist role or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work
- Computer literate
- Strong admin skills
- Excellent telephone manner
