Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Support Officer to join their team. As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the company's departments.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Manage the company's database and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
