This is a true HR generalist role supporting the Business Services function and reporting into the HR Business Partner.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- CIPD qualification (full or part) advantageous
- Legal or Professional services experience essential
- Experience of recruitment and HR generalist
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels with a strong client focus
- Ability to question constructively existing procedures and consider alternatives
- Team player, contributing to the success of the HR team
