Our client, a hot 100 recruitment company are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Marketing Executive. We are looking for a drivenand highly motivated candidate join their Marketing team focusing on content creation, posting adverts, campaign management and social media campaigns. This role would be suitable for a graduate looking to start a rewarding career in Marketing. Although advantageous, no previous experience is necessary.
Main duties of the Marketing Executive:
- Content creation including copywriting, posting and scheduling of content.
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance of thesocial media presence across allchannels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, blogs, website and more.
- Track metrics, report on the success of campaigns, monitor trends and conversions.
- Analyse data and provide tangible insights to the team.
- Actively listen to the social media community.
- Build online presence and posting adverts.
- Build effective relationship with internal stakeholders.
- Recording and editing videos.
- Recording podcasts.
The ideal Marketing Executive will have:
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or other related field.
- Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Thrive in a fast-paced team, able to handle conflicting deadlines with ease.
- Able to build rapport with people at all levels.
- A professional manner and positive demeanour.
- Previous Marketing or Social Media experience would be advantageous.
- A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong work ethic and resilience.
- Excellent IT literacy and passion for staying ahead of digital trends and willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of the digital social media platforms and how to leverage
