Salary up to £55k + benefits
Hybrid working - 3-4 days on site, 1-2 days from home per week - site is West Manchester.
Reporting into the HR Director,you will manage a small, developing HR team. Initially as the HR Manager you will review and develop current HR processes and policies to ensure strong effective systems. Working with Senior Managers and Mangers to advice and guide across all areas of HR from recruitment processes, coaching and developing management capability, supporting around employee relations and working in collaboration with the unions.
As an experienced HR Manager you will enjoy working in a changing environment, you will enjoy developing and coaching a small HR team, and have worked within a Manufacturing/ Operational environment where you enjoy being on the shop floor.
