An excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance plumber in Coventry. You will join the Mobile division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out.
- Monday - Friday 1 week early 6-2 , 1 week late 2-10
- 1 in 4 on call + standby £100
- Salary up to £34000 Per Annum
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 will be in plumbing or pipe fitting
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Duties / Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites. Basic plumbing, working with air handling units and heating and hot water.
- NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services or Equivalent
- Worked on Mechanical Systems, DHW, LPHW, CHW , Ventilation Systems
- Previous Pipe Fitting Duties
- Worked on Steam Systems
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Water temperature checks
- Fire alarm testing
