Inventum have partnered with a leading up-and-coming AI Platform, breaking into the UK market looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to report directly into the senior leadership and CEO leading the UK Market initiatives and growing the UK team.

We are looking for someone with strong Demand Generation and Lead Generation experience. This is a platform sold both B2B and B2C.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial marketing leader, owning and managing the entire pipeline together with sales, strategic planning, implementation, and management of marketing technologies that enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsible for a broad spectrum of digital channels including performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing and CRM and oversee measurement and analytics across all marketing channels. You'll be responsible for driving and amplifying growth motions through B2C and B2B.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Manage senior-level stakeholders and lead strategic meetings to discuss marketing strategy and internal processes, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, transitioning our digital marketing efforts from external agencies to in-house capabilities
  • Channel Expertise: Oversee and optimize performance across various digital channels including demand and lead generation, performance marketing, CRM, and analytics
  • Growth Marketing: Drive growth marketing initiatives with a focus on experimentation, measurement, and scaling successful tactics
  • Technology Implementation: Implement and manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to streamline operations and improve performance

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience leading digital marketing efforts for SMEs, particularly in the AI/Tech sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a digital marketing team.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Growth Marketing: A growth marketing mindset with experience in driving demand, lead generation, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
