We're currently looking for Head of Tax/Senior manager -CTA ACA/ACCA to lead our clients Tax Department. Join a dynamic team of professionals in a rapidly expanding business, where they provide a diverse range of services to valued clients.

We are looking for an experienced candidate to embrace the role of Head of Tax.

The right candidate will have strong technical capabilities in corporate and business taxes applicable in the owner
managed and SME sectors.

This will require an ability to give holistic advice majoring in corporation tax but spanning areas like VAT, employment related taxes (share schemes/status) and, to a lesser extent, stamp taxes. Good client care and development skills will be needed as there will be a strong advisory focus to the role, with a lesser focus on compliance work.

  • Working closely with the Head of Operations, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-tier services to clients while fostering departmental growth. Collaborating with other Heads of Departments, you'll ensure the continual enhancement of SLA's.
  • You'll establish and nurture client relationships, positioning yourself as the go-to person for their needs. You'll achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
  • As a role model, you'll actively contribute to the team's development, setting a positive example for others to follow. You will pro actively identify and implement supplementary services that bring added value to clients and contribute to their prosperity.
