Nursery Practitioner

Join our dedicated team at a vibrant Nursery in the heart of Plymouth, known for its outstanding reputation and warm, exciting atmosphere. We are seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate Nursery Practitioner to support our staff and contribute to providing excellence in childcare.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment, fostering their development according to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- Work collaboratively with the team to plan and implement educational activities.
- Monitor and record children's progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and organised setting that meets safety and health standards.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, or working towards it.
- At least 1 year of experience in childcare.
- A good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- Commitment to providing high standards of childcare.
- Must be willing to undergo all child protection screening appropriate to the post.
