A well known retailer are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team overseeing a mixture of warehouse and office space in the Hereford area. You will work in a small team ensuring maintenance / cleaning requirements are catered for.
Description
As Facilities Coordinator you will be provide Facilities Support to a small team who oversee the maintenance, security and cleaning for office / warehouse space in Hereford ensuring that the needs of the business, staff, contractors and visitors are met:. This is a single site role requiring 5 days on site per week.
- Log maintenance issues on the organisations CAFM system
- Use of best business practices to control and reduce operational costs
- Book and maintain Preventative maintenance (PM) records for premises and equipment
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all contractors
- Carry out site inductions for contractors and visitors as required & issue permits for work
- Carry out site inspections; wear and tear, damage, deficiencies, etc
- Responsible for the management of the cleaning & maintenance teams
- Responsible for the management of the maintenance team.
Profile
- Experience in an FM Coordinator / Supervisor role
- Ideally a H&S qualification (IOSH)
- Excellent people management skills
- Experience managing external contractors
- Competent with the use of Microsoft office & administrative tasks
