Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are actively recruiting for a transactional Finance Manager, on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for a small accounts team overseeing all transactional processes within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions
- Preparation of weekly payment runs
- Provision of weekly Accounts Payable reports
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Query resolution
- Overseeing the timely and accurate raising of invoices, chasing of overdue payments and Accounts Receivable reporting
- Monthly accruals and prepayments
- Analysis of P&L accounts
Skills and attributes required:
- At least 2 years' managerial experience within an Accounts environment
- Previous experience of transactional processing within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
