We have a new exciting opportunity not to be missed! At Hurford Salvi Carr we are currently looking to recruit a Residential Sales Negotiator. We require an articulate, positive and self-motivated individual to join an established and successful Clerkenwell & City sales team. The successful candidate will require some previous agency experience, and further training will be provided under the guidance of our Sales Director.

The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive basic salary £24,000 per annum depending on experience with an incentivised commission package On Target Earnings to £47,750.

Key responsibilities of our Residential Sales Negotiator

Applicant Registration and Databases

  • Registering new applicants on Reapit
  • Following up on all enquiries and building relationships with applicants
  • Recommending and sending suitable properties
  • Maintaining, updating and improving your applicant database.

Viewings & Offers

  • Booking and conducting accompanied tours and viewings
  • Provide regular and constructive feedback to our vendors
  • Negotiating sales offers under the direction of the Sales Director
  • Ensure compliance with AML, GDPR and other company procedures as notified.

Sales Progression

  • Full responsibility of your sales pipeline
  • Ensuring high level of communication between all parties
  • Provide regular feedback to all parties, managing expectations when required.
  • Provide solutions to any impasses or challenges during the sale

Marketing

  • Distribute marketing material and assisting with canvassing
  • Requesting testimonials from buyers and sellers
  • Gaining valuations and looking after potential vendors to
  • Actively promote the Hurford Salvi Carr brand and help to win valuations and new business for any department.

Skills and experience required of our Residential Sales Negotiator

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in residential sales / estate agency (1+ Years)
  • Basic understanding of Leasehold and residential conveyancing.
  • Sales driven and customer service orientated
  • Smart and well presented at all times
  • Excellent work ethic – punctual and dependable
