As part of their ongoing commitment to streamline and enhance HR operations, they are seeking an experienced HR Implementation and Integration Specialist for an interim assignment.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled HR Implementation and Integration Specialist to lead the seamless integration of new HR systems and processes. This role requires an individual with a robust background in HR technology, project management, and change management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our HR functions are optimised and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of HR systems and tools, ensuring they align with company objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, time-lines, and budgets for HR system implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of new HR technologies.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users to maximise the effectiveness of HR systems.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of HR implementation projects, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the implementation process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR implementation and integration, preferably in a similar interim or contract role.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful HR system implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR technologies (e.g., SAGE , ATS, LMS) and their integration.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
