HRGO are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our client's team in the Speke area. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring chemical production equipment to ensure the efficient and safe production of the company's product.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 3.45pm - 11.45pm, Fri 3.45pm - 8.30pm
Pay: £16.67 per hour, paid weekly
Location: Speke
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential opportunity for permanent placement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Pour product into machinery
- Operate and monitor production equipment to create product according to specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Maintain accurate production records and logs to track production output and inventory levels
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to chemicals
Key requirements:
- Proven experience working in a similar production environment
- Strong understanding of chemical production processes and equipment operation
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for handling hazardous materials
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet production targets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
