As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and assessments, preparing comprehensive reports with expert recommendations for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.
This role would suit a Chartered Building Surveyor who is MRICS or FRICS qualified, commercially astute and experienced in dilapidations, party wall work, contract administration, defects diagnosis and all aspects of general building surveying.
The Role:
- Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and assessments
- Prepare comprehensive reports and provide expert recommendations for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment
- Lead project management and contract administration efforts
- Rapid progression to Directorship
The Person:
- Chartered status (MRICS) with a degree in Building Surveying or a related field
- Extensive experience in building surveying, project management, and contract administration
