Business Analyst (Product Owner / Digital)

Location : London - Hybrid

Salary : £65,000 plus benefits

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst or Product Owner to join an industry leading organisation that are going through a significant period of growth due to continued success! This organisation stays a leader in their field globally through innovation, having a massive positive impact across the world.

You'd be join a Product focused, digital transformation team that develops solutions to further enable the internal users of the organisation. You'd work really closely with a Product Manager to manage requirements at all stages of the process so there is no delay in the development and implementation of your solutions!

Key Responsibilities:

  • To gather and manage requirements at all stages of the process and refinement
  • Proactively communicate & collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to analyse needs and to deliver updates as needed
  • To create and manage user stories, change requests, designs and gap analysis
  • Act as that bridge between the stakeholders and software team , facilitating communication where needed
  • Effectively manage & prioritise workloads and backlogs
  • Handle multiple concurrent requirements, planning and prioritising
  • Serve as a Product SME, providing expert knowledge, training's etc

You need to have a experience in a large, established complex organisation where you're used to handling and gathering multiple conflicting requirements to create a solution that consolidates and drives efficiency!

This is a hybrid role based near the Tower of London, so you must be a commutable distance for a couple of days a week on site.
