We are working with a thriving secondary school situated in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham who are seeking a dedicated and versatile Cover and HR Officer to join their dynamic team.
The role:
- You will play a crucial role in the school, ensuring the smooth operation of the daily cover requirements.
- Organise and manage daily cover for absent teaching staff, ensuring minimal disruption to the school day.
- Coordinate with supply agencies to arrange external cover where necessary.
- Working closely with senior leadership team to manage and maintain the school's cover timetable.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including staff attendance, contracts and compliance.
